Questa informativa spiega quali dati tratta l'applicazione Kmap ("l'app"), pubblicata da Alessandro Di Martino. Teniamo a un principio semplice: l'app non chiede il tuo nome, la tua email o alcun account, e non raccoglie dati che ti identifichino personalmente.
a) Posizione (facoltativa). Se concedi il permesso, l'app usa la posizione del tuo dispositivo solo sul telefono per mostrarti la distanza dai luoghi di Karpathos. La posizione non viene inviata né salvata su alcun server. Puoi negare o revocare questo permesso in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del telefono: l'app continuerà a funzionare.
b) Statistiche d'uso anonime. Per capire come viene usata l'app e migliorarla, raccogliamo dati anonimi tramite il servizio PostHog (server nell'Unione Europea): quali schermate vengono aperte, l'apertura dell'app, eventuali errori tecnici e il tipo di sistema (Android o iPhone). A questi eventi è associato un codice casuale generato dall'app, che non contiene e non permette di risalire alla tua identità.
c) Voti con le stelle (facoltativi). Se assegni una valutazione a un luogo, ristorante, bar o negozio, il voto viene salvato tramite il servizio Supabase (server nell'Unione Europea), collegato allo stesso codice casuale anonimo. Anche in questo caso nessun dato personale è associato al voto.
d) Dati salvati solo sul tuo telefono. I tuoi preferiti, la lingua scelta e le preferenze restano esclusivamente sul dispositivo e non vengono trasmessi a noi.
Non usiamo i dati per pubblicità, non li vendiamo e non li cediamo a terzi per loro finalità di marketing.
L'app si appoggia a questi servizi, ciascuno con la propria informativa privacy:
Alcuni pulsanti aprono app o siti esterni (PayPal per le donazioni, WhatsApp, email): una volta lì, valgono le informative di quei servizi.
Tutti i dati trasmessi viaggiano su connessione cifrata (HTTPS).
L'app non è destinata a minori di 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di bambini.
Poiché i dati sono anonimi e non è previsto alcun account, non possiamo collegarli a una singola persona. Se desideri che i dati anonimi associati al tuo dispositivo vengano cancellati, o hai domande sulla privacy, scrivici a info@kmap.gr e provvederemo.

This policy explains what data the Kmap application ("the app") processes. The app is published by Alessandro Di Martino. We follow a simple principle: the app never asks for your name, your email or any account, and does not collect data that personally identifies you.
a) Location (optional). If you grant permission, the app uses your device location only on the phone to show you the distance to places in Karpathos. Your location is never sent or stored on any server. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time from your phone settings; the app will keep working.
b) Anonymous usage statistics. To understand how the app is used and improve it, we collect anonymous data through PostHog (servers in the European Union): which screens are opened, app launches, any technical errors, and the system type (Android or iPhone). These events are linked to a random code generated by the app, which does not contain and cannot be traced back to your identity.
c) Star ratings (optional). If you rate a place, restaurant, bar or shop, the rating is stored through Supabase (servers in the European Union), linked to the same anonymous random code. Again, no personal data is attached to the rating.
d) Data stored only on your phone. Your favourites, chosen language and preferences stay exclusively on the device and are not transmitted to us.
We do not use data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The app relies on these services, each with its own privacy policy:
Some buttons open external apps or sites (PayPal for donations, WhatsApp, email): once there, those services' own policies apply.
All transmitted data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's data.
Because the data is anonymous and there is no account, we cannot link it to a single person. If you would like the anonymous data associated with your device to be deleted, or you have any privacy questions, write to us at info@kmap.gr and we will take care of it.
